The staff consider residents concerns with earnest and provide a sense of understanding. While living in Fort Sanders comes with extra noise, the walls block out a majority of it - including upstairs neighbors. The amenities and furniture work well and make the apartment feel like a home. I really appreciate staff being understanding of student life and accommodating to resident needs.
